Booking Space at Treehaus


  • Please do not make changes or cancellations to your booking 24 hours before the start of the event

  • Do not use the repeat/recurring event option on the calendar, you can use the Duplicate event function

  • Please do not exceed 20 hours of future booking hours at a time

  • We ask that everyone's event title be created in this format:
    [event name] - [company/your name] e.g. "Fundraiser Meeting - Danny Aguizi"

Additional meeting room hours will be invoiced and withdrawn with pre-authorized debit on the next billing cycle.

Find your username/password in your email under "Booking a room at Treehaus".

How to use the Treehaus Calendar

1. Go to and login using your username and password

2. Find the date and time of your event and make sure the room isn't already booked then click on “Create” in the top left corner then "More options".


3. Fill in the title like so: [event name] - [company/resident name]


4. Choose the date and time of your event.

Please do not change the “Does not repeat” option. Create each event separately.


5. Important: Click on "ROOMS" and choose the room you would like to book.

6. When you're done, click "SAVE".

7. It's important that you see your event in two blocks on the calendar.

One in your private Treehaus calendar and one in the public room calendar.
