Printing Instructions

Fair usage policy:

The Treehaus printers are a shared resource between the residents, please do not print a large amount of paper without consulting a Treehaus representative.

Connecting to the Printers on a Mac

1. Make sure the printer you would like to set up is turned on.

2. On computer, connect to the Wi-Fi network "Treehaus Boardroom” or “Treehaus Workspace”.

3. Open “System Preferences” and click on “Printers & Scanners”.

4. Click on the “+” on the bottom left corner.

5. Select “Treehaus Default Printer (Brother)” for black and white printing or “Treehaus Colour Printer (Canon)” for colour printing.

6. Click “Add” on the bottom right corner.

7. When printing, choose the Treehaus printer you added.

Connecting to the Printers on Windows 10

1. Make sure the printer you would like to set up is turned on.

2. On computer, connect to the Wi-Fi network "Treehaus Boardroom” or “Treehaus Workspace”.

3. Open "Settings" and choose "Devices", then "Printers and scanners".

4. Click on "Add a printer or a scanner"

5. Your computer will search for all printers available.

6. Select "Treehaus-Default-Printer" for black printing or “Treehaus-Colour” for colour printing.

7. Click on "Add device"

8. When printing, choose the printer based on your need:

Brother MFC-L2720DW series Printer = black printing

Canon G4000 series = colour printing

Alternative methods of printing:

Add printer as a Google Cloud printer (currently black printer only)
Send what you would like to print as an attachement to print@treehaus.ca (currently black printer only)
